Come on then, pre-season training has started for most clubs - who has gained or lost players over the summer and who are they?
I hear that Guildford, Slough, Kingston have all gained players and Bracknell have lost a couple. Also a couple of moves from div 1 to prem.

Interesting - I heard at least 3 players have left Guildford!

Dawn, if I lived a bit closer to Kingston I'd consider it! You guys always seem to have so much fun. I've retired cos I've had enough of the competitiveness and commitment at Bracknell. I'm still playing rec so not retired completely. It's hard with 2 small children. I know lots of others do it but I need a break from the weekly battle just to get out the door!
